PM2STEM DRC Initiative was the Designer and Project Manager for the renovation of an office building located in Gombe, the business district of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The building was an abandoned restaurant that had to be converted to office space. The facility was in poor condition with a caving roof, broken plumbing and sewer line and unsafe electrical system.

STEM DRC Initiative demolished the building and rebuilt a new modern building on time and within budget.

PM1STEM DRC Initiative was successful because of its strong project management experience, a keen sense of negotiation, attention to details, and a deep knowledge of the local culture and business practices.
